The LUX Competitive Companies are made up of the most dedicated and eager students. Any of our faculty members will be glad to discuss your child’s potential and answer any questions you might have. All dancers are offered the opportunity to audition for our company.  As a member of LUX Company, students are expected to take specific required classes, adhere to a strict attendance policy, attend extra rehearsals, and participate in several convention/competitions throughout the season.

Annual auditions are held in June, after our annual recital.  In addition to our military pricing, we understand that PCS dates don't always coincide with dance seasons - for this we are happy to schedule private auditions YEAR ROUND!  If selected for a team, each student and his/her parents are required to complete a Company Contract with Lux Dance Project.  Members will at all times consider themselves a representative of LUX Dance Project, presenting themselves in a professional manner.

LUX Company is not a recreational dance program; it is a pre-professional training program for young dancers that are very serious about their dance training.
